As of 2025, Ms. Huong possesses over 30 years of experience in teaching and quality management. Her career in education commenced with training roles in the aviation industry, followed by the management of a training center and service quality management.
She received her pedagogical training in Russia, earned her Instructor Certification from the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and acquired expertise in training quality management in Montreal, Canada.
Ms. Huong consistently participates in international educational conferences and workshops to update and share her experience in K-12 school management.
Upon founding PHS School in May 2006, she collaborated with her mentor – Mr. Dinh Quang Hao – to establish a truly distinct learning environment while continuously advancing professional quality.
The educational objectives and model of PHS have been consistently adhered to over the past two decades. The school does not focus on physical expansion or chasing enrollment figures but on deepening professional expertise and applying technology.
Ms. Huong works daily at the school, personally recruiting and training PHS’s full-time faculty.
