PHS School Thinking...
The atmosphire at PHS this past week was extra sparkly and meaningful because of our special giving-back program! We wanted to bring a super-duper happy and complete full-moon festival to the little friends at different loving homes, so PHS started a campaign full of caring and sharing!
PHS students and parents were so excited to join in! They brought lovely toys, yummy treats, notebooks, clothes, and little shoes to send as gifts to the children at Gò Vấp District Children’s Nurturing Center, Mai Ân Shelter, and the special needs children in Đắk Nông. What was the sweetest was that the presents weren’t just from the grown-ups; they were also a result of the kind, voluntary hearts and honest actions of our very own students!
Seeing our little pals personally choose and carefully wrap each gift package created such a touching moment! It showed everyone the spirit of loving and helping others that PHS nurtures. Every simple gift is now a hug in a box, a tiny, bright flame lighting up joy and hope, helping to spread the warmth of human kindness to every heart this Mid-Autumn Festival!
“When you give a rose to someone, your hands still smell sweet.” Every gift we give is a smile we get back, a happiness that stays forever in the hearts of both the receiver and the giver. Thank you to all the hands that helped PHS sow the seeds of love to make this year’s moon festival extra perfect and oh-so-sweet! 🥰✨
