Leaving the Space Station of Round 1 behind, our astronauts embarked on an even more challenging and thrilling mission: Round 2 – Cosmic Journey. This wasn’t just a race of individual wits, but a showcase of seamless coordination among elite “squads”!
In this round, the PHS Hall was transformed into a vast galaxy with vibrant challenge stations:
🌟 Group Code Cracking: Each team (comprised of 5 multi-grade members) worked together to solve advanced math problems. Only correct answers earned them the precious “Planet Stickers.”
🌟 Building the Solar System: Once they collected enough planets (Venus, Jupiter, Saturn…), teams had to quickly identify and “dock” them into their correct positions on the galaxy map.
As you can see in the photos, the students engaged in lively discussions, listening to and supporting one another to complete their models in record time. The 3 teams with the smartest strategies, highest accuracy, and top speed officially punched their tickets to the Grand Finale!
We are so proud of you, astronauts! Teamwork is truly the master key to unlocking new doors of knowledge. 🎉🤝
