Our cerebral cortex does not fully develop until the age of 25. Because of this, we often face conflicting thoughts; we have numerous choices yet feel unhappy, and many of us still lack long-term goals while feeling lost about the paths ahead. 🧭 A wide range of topics surrounding these age-related paradoxes were beautifully shared by our Year 11 students with their peers in Years 8, 9, and 10. 🎤
“The Youth Paradox” seminar was organized by Year 11 students last Friday morning (15th May 2026). This was a topic they had long cherished, thoroughly researching it from both scientific and practical perspectives. 📚 The seminar was structured logically yet remained open, allowing every student to learn, share, listen, do, and speak. The atmosphere was incredibly positive, featuring a continuous flow of engaging activities rich in both content and color, perfectly blended with youthful humor. 🎉
Following the intense discussions on youth paradoxes, a quiet hush fell over the hall as the Year 11 students listed the paradoxes of middle age — the age of their parents. 👨👩👧👦 Without any analysis or debate, the students simply listened attentively, gaining a deeper understanding of their parents’ psychology. ❤️
The seminar concluded with creative slogans designed by the groups on how to live well alongside these paradoxes. 📝
