As part of this summer’s Maths Club project, Mercury students engaged in an exciting hands-on activity: “Practising representing numbers with an abacus.” By directly manipulating the abacus beads, the students not only developed visual mathematical thinking and enhanced their concentration, but also naturally boosted their number agility. 🧮✨
