Instead of learning from textbooks, the children experienced a highly interactive “language lesson”:
📝 See & Read: Standing by the board together, reading out loud, and identifying the recipe steps in English.
👂 Listen & Do: Following the teachers’ instructions to practice measuring, whisking the batter, coating the fish in dry flour, and into the wet batter …
😋 Taste & Remember: Wrapping up the class by describing the flavors as they enjoyed the hot, crispy results made by their own hands.
