Cooking Class for Jupiter Class was filled with joy and fresh flavors as the students made Som Tum – Thailand’s famous papaya salad! 🇹🇭🥗✨
The young chefs had so much fun pounding and mixing fresh ingredients like crunchy green papaya, fragrant coriander, and tangy tamarind sauce. Together, they also happily recited a cute English poem:
“Papaya, papaya,
Green and so bright!
We make Som Tum,
A yummy bite!
Coriander, coriander
Smells so, so good!
We make Som Tum,
Best happy food!
Tamarind, Tamarind
Sour and brown!
We make Som Tum,
Best food in town!”
