PHS would like to inform parents about the 2017 Cambridge University English Exam Plan as follows:

1/ Exam schedule and exam fees

2/ Organize exams and issue certificates

3/ Exam registration time: Before April 15, 2017

4/ Exam registration rules:

• PHS parents can register for the exam for their students directly at the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training or can register and pay the fee at the PHS Education Department. PHS will assist parents with the exam registration process.
• Students fill in all information on the TEST REGISTRATION FORM (received at the Information desk)
• One 3×4 photo (glued to the application form – photo taken not older than 6 months)

Note: This is not a compulsory exam. Parents should encourage children to participate in the exam to further assess their learning ability
