“Teacher, I’m hurt!” 😱
The classroom was suddenly filled with “patients” sporting neatly bandaged arms and legs, giving the teachers quite a scare. However, those mischievous smiles revealed the proud results of our First Aid for Kids session.
✨ Knowledge Absorbed Through Hands-on Practice Moving beyond theory, PHS students mastered essential life skills through direct practice:
🩹 Technical Mastery: Students practiced disinfecting and applying bandages correctly on themselves and their peers.
🤝 Composed Mindset: Cultivating calmness and a proactive attitude when facing minor incidents.
💡 Spreading Empathy: Understanding that every bandage represents care and a sense of responsibility toward the community.
This playful “prank” on the teachers is a testament to the students’ confidence and their ability to own what they’ve learned. At PHS, every skill acquired today is a stepping stone toward independence, preparing our students to step out into the world with capable hands and warm hearts.
