KEY MILESTONES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PHS

Pacific Primary and High School was established on May 12, 2006. Since its inception, the school has achieved several significant developmental milestones:

FOUNDATION DAY

On May 12, 2006, the school was officially established under Decision No. 2135/QD-UBND, issued by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

✦ Principal & Board Member: Mr. Dinh Quang Hao

Mr. Dinh Quang Hao is a prominent educator in Vietnam. As a distinguished Mathematics teacher, he has authored numerous pedagogical materials, teaching guides, and national high school examination papers. He played a pivotal role in developing the Mathematics curriculum for the French Bilingual Program in the city. Prior to his tenure as Principal of PHS, he served as the Head of the Examination and Quality Assurance Department at the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training.

CAMPUS EXPANSION AND PRIMARY LEVEL INTEGRATION

On May 15, 2006, following the construction of new facilities and the expansion into primary education, the school was granted a revised license under Decision No. 2185/QD-UBND by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Nguyen Tran Trac was formerly the Head of the Physics Faculty at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. He has been a member of the PHS teaching staff since its first academic year and was also an integral contributor to the French Bilingual Program in Ho Chi Minh City.

NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL QUALITY ACCREDITATION

On December 19, 2023, the school was issued Decision No. 4131-52QD-SGDDT by the Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, officially certifying: NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL QUALITY ACCREDITATION STANDARDS: LEVEL 1
