Dear PHS Parents and Community,
The PHS donation drive to support Central Vietnam has officially concluded. The Board of Directors, and the entire PHS team are deeply moved and proud of the students’ golden hearts.
THE LESSON FROM SMALL CHANGE: 🪙 The most profound image for the School is the stacks of small coins and bills carefully saved by our students from their pocket money. Notably, amidst these small stacks, large financial envelopes from parents suddenly appeared, demonstrating the unlimited collective effort of the PHS community. Every contribution, big or small, carries the entirety of the students’ sincerity and the most heartfelt encouragement sent to the flood-affected communities.
We would especially like to quote the emotional wish from one of our students: “I wish everyone in the flood areas can overcome the difficulties and quickly stabilize their lives. I am sending a small token of my affection. Love…” 📝
This is a lesson in Compassion, the most meaningful educational value that PHS has successfully cultivated. 🌱
PHS is pleased to announce that the entire donation amount—the compassionate collective effort of the School Board, our esteemed Faculty (Teachers), and students—has been successfully transferred to the bank account of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training (HCMC DOET).
