Last week, PHS high school students had an electrifying intellectual dialogue with Dr. Truong Quoc Tri – a lecturer in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Van Lang University, titled “Stepping into the Future with AI.” This was not just a learning session, but the beginning of the digital transformation journey for the students themselves!

💡 HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SHARING SESSION:

• Are you using AI, or being swept away by it? Promoting active thinking to leverage AI for effective learning and working.
• “Decoding” the Power Triangle: Clearly distinguishing between Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI (Artificial Intelligence), opening up the world of algorithms and data.
• Will AI steal jobs? The answer is: No, if you are More Creative, Learn Faster, and Think Deeper! When AI replaces repetitive tasks, humans need to upgrade themselves to Master the technology.
• The secret to not losing the ability to think: The “AI Playground” gives everyone an “equal footing.” Let AI be a powerful supporting tool, not a replacement!

🔬 VIVID PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE:

PHS students experienced a “Self-driving Car” model, directly observing the process of “training” AI to recognize road lanes and obstacles. They understood that for AI to operate intelligently (applied in traffic), humans must be the programmers, data providers, and instructors.

🔥 This career guidance activity not only helped students understand how AI thinks but also inspired them to explore technology, fostering a spirit of mastering knowledge – ready to lead the digital future!
